- 1.5 dl water

- 60 g green lentils
- to taste salt
- Vegetable balls
- 0.5 tbsp oil
- 200 g vegetarian vegetable balls
- 0.5 bunch coriander, roughly chopped

Soup
Put the carrots, water and lentils in a pan, bring to the boil, cover and simmer for approx. 25 mins., season. -
Vegetable balls
Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan, fry the vegetable balls over a medium heat for approx. 5 mins. Place the balls in the soup, garnish with coriander.
