  • Soup
  • 330 ml carrots
  • 1.5 dl Water
  • to taste pepper
  • 60 g green lentils
  • to taste salt
  • Vegetable Balls
  • 0.5 tbsp. oil
  • 200 g vegetarian vegetable balls
  • 0.5 bunch coriander, coarsely chopped

Instructions

  • Soup

    Put the carrots, water and lentils in a pan, bring to the boil, cover and simmer for approx. 25 mins., season.
  • Vegetable Balls

    Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan, fry the vegetable balls all over for approx. 5 mins. on a medium heat. Place the balls in the soup, garnish with coriander.
