Ingredients

  • 1 baby pineapple, cut into pieces
  • 150 g coconut milk yoghurt
  • 4 dl carrot juice
  • 2 tsp ginger, grated
  • 4 sprigs peppermint
  • Utensils
  • Makes approx. 800 ml

Instructions

  • In a blending cup, puree the pineapple with all the other ingredients up to and including the ginger. Serve in glasses with a sprig of mint.
