  • 2 cauliflower (ca. 1 kg)
  • 2 eggs, verklopft
  • 0.5 tsp. salt
  • 100 g grated Gruyère
  • a little pepper
  • 4 tomatoes, in Scheiben
  • 2 red onion, in Schnitzen
  • 2 mozzarella (je ca. 150 g), zerzupft
  • 2 corn on the cob (je ca. 150 g), Körner abgeschnitten
  • 300 g baby salads (z.B. Lattich), in Sechsteln
  • some oregano leaves
  • 2 tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil

  • Grate the cauliflower straight into a bowl, stir in the eggs and cheese, season. Spread onto an oven tray lined with baking paper.
  • Mix the tomatoes with the remaining ingredients including the mozzarella, spoon onto the cauliflower base.
  • Bake for approx. 25 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 220°C. Remove, scatter over the oregano.
  • Mix the lettuce, oil and vinegar, arrange on top of the pizza, season.
