Ingredients

  • Boden
  • 100 g grated Gruyère
  • 2 cauliflower (ca. 1 kg)
  • 2 eggs, whisked
  • 0.75 tsp. salt
  • a little pepper
  • Belag
  • 4 tomatoes, cut into slices
  • 2 red onion, cut into segments
  • 2 corn on the cob (je ca. 150 g), Körner abgeschnitten
  • 2 mozzarella (je ca. 150 g), zerzupft
  • some oregano leaves
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 300 g baby salads (z.B. Lattich), in Sechsteln
  • a little pepper
  • 0.5 tsp. salt
  • 2 tbsp. white balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  • Boden

    Grate the cauliflower straight into a bowl, stir in the eggs and cheese, season. Spread onto an oven tray lined with baking paper.
  • Belag

    Mix the tomatoes with the remaining ingredients including the mozzarella, spoon onto the cauliflower base. Bake for approx. 25 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 220°C. Remove, scatter over the oregano.
  • Mix the lettuce, oil and vinegar, arrange on top of the pizza, season.
