  • 2 tbsp coarse-grain mustard
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 150 g plain greek yoghurt
  • a little pepper
  • 0.75 tsp salt
  • Salad
  • 300 g celeriac, coarsely grated
  • 3 tbsp cranberries, coarsely chopped

    Combine the mustard with all the other ingredients up to and including the pepper.

    Mix the celeriac with the dressing, scatter the cranberries over the top.
