  • Potatoes
  • 2 tbsp. clarified butter
  • 800 g new potatoes, cut into slices
  • Cervelas
  • 0.5 tbsp. clarified butter
  • 4 cervelas sausage (je ca. 100 g), geschält, längs halbiert, in Scheiben
  • Sauce
  • 3 tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. mild mustard
  • a little pepper
  • 0.5 tsp. salt
  • 1 cucumber, längs halbiert, entkernt, in Scheiben
  • 1 spring onions, including green parts, cut into rings
  • 1 bunch small radishes, cut into thin slices
  • 2 tbsp. flat-leaf parsley, coarsely chopped

  • Potatoes

    Heat the clarified butter in a non-stick frying pan. Add the potatoes, cover and cook over a medium heat for approx. 14 mins. until soft, turning occasionally.
  • Cervelas

    Add the clarified butter and cervelat sausages to the potatoes, leave uncovered and fry until golden brown for approx. 7 mins., turning occasionally.
  • Sauce

    Mix together the balsamic, mustard, salt and pepper, add to the potatoes along with the cucumber, spring onions, radish and parsley, and mix well.
