  • Flan
  • 1 pastry dough, rolled into a circle (32 cm in diameter)
  • 400 g Gruyère, finely grated
  • 2 dl single cream
  • 1 tbsp white flour
  • 1 dl milk
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 pinches salt
  • a little nutmeg
  • a little pepper
  • Utensils
  • One flan tin (approx. 30 cm in diameter)

  • Flan

    Place the dough and baking paper in the flan tin, firmly prick the base with a fork. Mix the cheese with the remaining ingredients. Spread the mixture over the base.
  • To bake

    Approx. 30 mins. on the bottom shelf of an oven preheated to 220°C. Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly, remove from the tin and serve warm.
  • Tip:

    Make the cheese flan with tomatoes and diced bacon.
