  • Batter
  • 300 g white flour
  • 80 g sugar
  • 1 parcel vanilla sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 2 eggs
  • 300 g cherries, pitted, halved
  • 1 dl sunflower oil
  • 1 dl milk
  • Utensils
  • 12-hole muffin tin (each hole approx. 7 cm in diameter), lined with muffin cases

  • Batter

    In a bowl, mix the flour with all the other ingredients up to and including the salt. Mix together the crème fraîche, eggs, milk and oil, pour into the flour, mix in. Add the cherries, mix. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin.
  • To bake

    Approx. 35 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 180°C. Remove and allow to cool slightly. Remove the muffins from the tin.
