Ingredients

  • Tarte flambée
  • 2 rolled tarte flambée dough (each approx. 290 g)
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 200 g Gorgonzola, broken into pieces
  • a little pepper
  • 100 g cured ham
  • 200 g mushrooms, halved or quartered
  • To bake
  • 1 tbsp chives, roughly chopped
  • 300 g chestnuts in caramel sauce, roughly chopped

Instructions

  • Tarte flambée

    Roll out the dough and place on two baking trays with the baking paper. Season the crème fraîche and spread on top of the dough. Top with the mushrooms, Gorgonzola and cured ham.
  • To bake

    Approx. 15 mins. in an oven preheated to 220°C (convection). Top with the chestnuts, garnish with the chives.
