  • 170 g frozen berry mixture (or other fruits)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp chia seeds

  • Bring the berries and maple syrup to the boil, reduce the heat and simmer over a low heat for several minutes until the berries break down. Remove the pan from the heat, stir in the chia seeds. Leave to stand for 10 mins., stirring occasionally until the mixture thickens. Transfer to a clean jar with a screw-top lid, store in the fridge.
  • Shelf life:

    Can be kept in the fridge for approx. 5 days.
