  • 1 chicken (ca. 1,1 kg)
  • 400 g waxy potatoes
  • 400 g frozen peeled chestnuts, slightly defrosted
  • 100 g diced bacon
  • 1 tbsp. thyme leaves
  • 1 dl apple juice
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 0.75 tsp. salt
  • a little nutmeg
  • a little pepper
  • 2 red-skinned apple

  • Slice the chicken into 8 pieces, cut the potatoes into slices, combine in a bowl with the chestnuts, bacon, apple juice, thyme, oil and spices and spread out on an oven tray lined with baking paper.
  • Oven bake for approx. 20 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 220°C. Meanwhile, slice the apples, arrange on the oven tray and finish baking for approx. 20 mins.

    Das Rezept ist super einfach und hat auch sehr gut gemundet. Geschmack habe ich noch ein wenig Rosmarin dazu gelegt Ein kleinen Nachteil ist das die Maroni ein wenig zuviel ausgetrocknet haben und teils dann hard waren. Kann ich nur empfehlen fur Eilige
