  • 2 chicken breasts (each approx. 150 g), diced
  • 2.5 dl coconut milk
  • 6 tbsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 bag stir-fry vegetables
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • Combine the chicken with 2 tbsp of coconut milk and 2 tbsp of tikka masala sauce. Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the chicken for approx. 5 mins. Add the remainder of the coconut milk, tikka masala sauce and the vegetables, season, simmer for approx. 5 mins.
  • Serve with:

    Rice or naan bread.
