  • Chicken breasts
  • 3 chicken breasts (approx. 150 g each)
  • 12 wooden skewers, soaked in water
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • Crispy paprika crumb
  • 0.5 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2.5 tbsp honey
  • 80 g potato crisps (paprika crisps), crushed

  • 12 wooden skewers, soaked in water for approx. 30 mins., dabbed dry

  • Chicken breasts

    Cut each chicken breast lengthwise into four equal strips, pound flat. Thread the chicken strips onto the skewers in a wave pattern. Charcoal/gas/electric grill: Grill the chicken breast skewers over/on a medium heat (approx. 200°C) for approx. 5 mins. on each side, season with salt.
  • Crispy paprika crumb

    Combine the honey and lemon juice. Coat the hot chicken skewers with the honey and lemon mixture, roll immediately in the crisps, press firmly.
  • Tip:

    Use plain crisps instead of paprika crisps.
