Ingredients

  • Chicken
  • oil for frying
  • 500 g tender chicken breast fillets
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp hot curry powder
  • Dressing
  • 150 g plain greek yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp hot curry powder
  • Wrap
  • 6 whole-grain tortillas
  • 3 apricots, thinly sliced
  • 2 baby lettuce, leaves torn off

Instructions

  • Chicken

    Heat the oil in a frying pan. Season the chicken, fry in batches on all sides for approx. 8 mins., remove.
  • Dressing

    Combine the yoghurt and mayonnaise, season.
  • Wrap

    Spread the dressing over the tortillas, add the chicken, apricots and lettuce, fold in the lower part, roll up.
  • Note:

    For a walk, pack the chicken, dressing, tortillas, apricots and lettuce separately. Fill the tortillas and roll up before eating.
