  • 0.5 tbsp. oil to fry
  • 4 chicken carbonnade
  • a little salt
  • a little pepper
  • 1.5 dl tomato sauce
  • 3 sprig basil, grob geschnitten, 1 EL beiseite gestellt
  • 150 g mozzarella, cut into slices

  • Chicken

    Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Fry the chicken in batches on a medium heat for approx. 2 mins. on each side, season and place in the prepared tin. Drizzle over the tomato sauce, scatter over the basil and mozzarella and season with salt.
  • Gratiner

    Bake for approx. 10 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 220°C. Sprinkle the reserved basil over the top.
