- 1 garlic clove, pressed

- 0.5 tsp salt
- 12 chicken wings (approx. 800 g)

Instructions

Potatoes
Place the salt, oil, rosemary and potatoes in a large bowl, mix well and spread onto the prepared baking tray. -
Chicken wings
In the same bowl, mix the honey with all the other ingredients up to and including the salt. Add the chicken wings, mix well, arrange on top of the potatoes on the tray. -
To roast
Approx. 60 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 180°C.
