  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 piece tomatoes, cut into cubes
  • 1 aubergines, cut into cubes
  • 2 tins chickpeas
  • 0.5 bunch coriander, broken into pieces
  • 1 Glas curry sauce

Instructions

  • Öl in einer beschichteten Bratpfanne heiss werden lassen. Zwiebel und Knoblauch ca. 1 Min. rührbraten. Aubergine, Tomaten und Kichererbsen beigeben, zugedeckt bei mittlerer Hitze ca. 10 Min. dämpfen. Korma Sauce dazugiessen, aufkochen, ca. 10 Min. köcheln, bis das Gemüse knapp weich ist, Koriander darüberstreuen.
