  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp plain yoghurt
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 chicory, whole leaves
  • a little pepper
  • 140 g pomegranate seeds
  • 50 g hazelnuts, roasted, coarsely chopped
  • 100 g Pecorino romano, cut into cubes
  • 3 sprigs dill, roughly chopped

  • Combine the mayonnaise, yoghurt and lemon juice, season. Drizzle the dressing into the wells of the chicory leaves. Mix the pomegranate seeds, cheese, nuts and dill, scatter on top.
