  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • a little pepper
  • Salad
  • 2 chioggia beets (approx. 100 g each), very thinly sliced
  • 30 g Micro Greens
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 75 g soft goats' cheese

  • Dressing

    Combine the vinegar and oil in a large bowl, season.
  • Salad

    Add the beetroot, micro greens and capers to the dressing, mix. Using two teaspoons, spoon the cream cheese on top of the salad.
