  • 1 courgettes, halved lengthwise, cut into approx. 2 cm pieces
  • 12 chipolatas
  • 1 red pepper, halved, quartered
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 wooden skewers
  • 2 tsp Italian herb mix

    Thread the chipolatas and vegetables alternately onto the wooden skewers. Mix the oil and herbs, use to coat the meat and vegetables. Charcoal/gas/electric grill: Grill over/on a medium heat (approx. 200°C) for approx. 5 mins. on each side.
