  • 100 g mushrooms, cut in half
  • 1 zucchini, cut in 2 lengthwise, then in ca. 2 cm pieces
  • 12 Cipolata sausages
  • 1 red pepper, halved and quartered
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 4 wooden skewers
  • 2 tsp. Italian herb mix

  • Brochettes

    Skewer the chipolata alternating with the vegetables. Combine the oil with the aromatic herbs and brush over the skewers. On a gas, electric or charcoal barbecue: grill in the embers or at medium temperature (about 200 °C) for approximately 5 minutes on each side.
