  • 50 g dried apricots
  • 1 tbsp linseed oil
  • 5 tbsp cocoa powder

  • Soak the apricots and hazelnuts in water overnight. Drain the liquid, reserving approx. 1 tbsp, puree in a blending cup along with the oil until a creamy texture is achieved. Add the cocoa powder, mix well, transfer to a jar.
