Ingredients

  • Pudding
  • 3.5 dl almond drink
  • 20 g cocoa powder
  • 150 g dates
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 piece avocado
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • Topping
  • 100 g crispy muesli (e.g. maple pecan granola)
  • 80 g blueberries
  • 12 pieces physalis, halved
  • 1 apples, sliced
  • 40 g pomegranate seeds
  • 1 kiwis, sliced
  • 1 tbsp acai powder

  • Pudding

    Combine the almond drink, cocoa powder and coconut oil, add the dates and avocado, puree with a handheld blender, stir in the chia seeds, transfer to the bowls, chill for 15 mins.
  • Topping

    Top the chocolate chia pudding with the crispy muesli and all the other ingredients up to and including the apple. Sprinkle with acai powder.
