  • 150 g butter, liquid, left to cool
  • 1 bag chocolate cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 dl milk
  • Glaze
  • 150 g icing sugar
  • 1 bag vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 50 g butter, liquid, left to cool
  • 5 tbsp. strong coffee, cold
  • 100 g coconut flakes
  • Utensils

  • Dough & Bake

    Place the baking mixture in a bowl, add the butter, eggs and milk and mix well. Divide the dough oven to the prepared oven tray. Bake for approx. 20 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 180°C. Remove the cake, allow to cool a little, and turn onto a fresh sheeting of baking paper. Remove the top sheet of baking paper and return the cake to the oven tray.
  • Glaze

    Combine the icing sugar with the remaining ingredients and coffee, stir well and spread over the cake, scatter over the coconut flakes and leave to cool. Cut the cake into 20 slices.
