Chocolate-covered banana pops

- 3 tbsp hazelnuts, finely chopped
- 4 banana, halved
- 8 wooden sticks
- 0.5 bag dark cake icing, melted
- 3 tbsp freeze-dried mixed berries, finely chopped

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp hazelnuts, finely chopped
- 4 banana, halved
- 8 wooden sticks
- 0.5 bag dark cake icing, melted

Instructions
- Toast the nuts in a frying pan for approx. 2 mins., allow to cool. Insert one wooden stick into each banana, dip ¾ of the banana into the warm icing. Allow the excess icing to drip off, sprinkle with nuts or berries. Transfer to a sheet of baking paper, cover and chill for approx. 5 mins.
