  • 500 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 dl milk
  • 2.25 dl full cream
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 200 g dark chocolate, broken into pieces

  • Bring the condensed milk, milk and cream to the boil with the salt. Remove the pan from the heat, add the chocolate and stir until melted. Pour the mixture into a stainless steel bowl and leave to cool. Cover and freeze for at least 6 hrs. Transfer the ice cream to the fridge approx. 30 mins. prior to serving.
  • Tip:

    Decorate with chocolate shavings.
