Ingredients

  • Melting the chocolate
  • 100 g dark chocolate (72 % Kakao), fein gehackt
  • 3 tbsp. icing sugar
  • 2 tbsp. full fat cream
  • Preparing the mousse
  • 2 dl full fat cream
  • cocoa powder zum Bestäuben
  • Utensils
  • Für 4 Gläser von je ca 2 dl

Instructions

  • Melting the chocolate

    Place the chocolate, icing sugar and cream in a thin-walled recipient, melt slowly in a bain-marie and mix until smooth. Remove the container and let cool.
  • Preparing the mousse

    Whisk the cream and gentle add to the chocolate mixture with a rubber spatula. Spread the mousse in glasses, cover and leave to rest for about 2 hours in a cool place. Sprinkle cocoa powder before serving.
