  • Cream
  • 2 dl single cream
  • 3 dl milk
  • 4 tbsp. sugar
  • 2 fresh eggs
  • 100 g dark chocolate (64% cocoa), finely chopped
  • Decoration
  • 150 g strawberries, cut into thin slices
  • 2 dl single cream kalt, flaumig geschlagen
  • 20 g biscuits (z.B. Bricelets), fein gehackt

  • Cream

    In a pan, whisk the milk and all the other ingredients up to and including the eggs, bring to just below the boil on a medium heat, stirring constantly. Immediately remove the pan from the heat, stir in the chocolate, melt. Pour the crème through a sieve into a bowl. Place a sheet of clingfilm directly over the crème, leave to cool completely, chill for approx. 2 hrs.
  • Decoration

    Stir the crème until smooth, divide into glasses. Top with the cream, strawberries and biscuits.
