  • 1 puff pastry, rolled into a rectangle (ca. 25 × 42 cm)
  • 2 tbsp. red tapenade
  • 1 tbsp. flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
  • 12 slices dry-cured country bacon, cut in half lengthways

  • Blätterteig-Streifen

    Roll out the pastry, spread the tapenade and parsley over the top, cut the pastry lengthways into 12 strips of equal width. Place 2 strips of bacon on each.
  • Formen

    Skewer the strips of pastry to create a wave pattern with a tip at the top. Place the skewers on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake for approx. 13 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 220°C.

    Ca. 13 Min. in der unteren Hälfte des auf 220 Grad vorgeheizten Ofens.
  • Tipp:

    Statt roter Tapenade Oliventapenade verwenden.
