  • Beat all the ingredients up to and including the egg for approx. 5 mins. using the whisk on a hand mixer. Add the remaining ingredients and mix to create a soft dough, knead briefly. Cover and chill for approx. 30 mins. To shape, roll out the dough into a rectangle of approx. 18 x 24 cm. Cut lengthwise into three strips of different widths (approx. 7 cm, 6 cm, 5 cm). Cut the bottom strip into triangles. Using the smooth nozzle of a piping bag, cut out holes of approx. 12 mm in diameter. Place the triangles onto a tray lined with baking paper. Repeat the process with the two other strips. Bake for 12-15 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 180°C.
