Ingredients

  • Rocket & mustard butter
  • 10 g rocket, finely chopped
  • 0.5 garlic clove, pressed
  • 3 tbsp butter, soft
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 0.5 lime, use only 1/2 tbsp of juice
  • 1 pinch salt
  • a little pepper
  • 2 beef tomato, halved
  • 500 g club steak
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • a little pepper
  • a little peanut oil

Instructions

  • Rocket & mustard butter

    Mix all the ingredients together.
  • Brush the tomatoes with the butter and individually wrap them in foil. Grill for approx. 10 mins. on a high heat or bake for approx. 15 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200°C. Season the meat. Brush the griddle with oil, heat up. Grill the steak for approx. 6 mins. on each side.
  • Serve:

    Serve the grilled tomatoes with the grilled club steak.
