  • Mustard Arugula Butter
  • 10 g arugula, finely chopped
  • 0.5 garlic cloves, pressed
  • 3 tbsp. butter, soft
  • 1 tbsp. mustard
  • 0.5 lime, use only 0.5 tbsp of juice
  • 1 pinch salt
  • a little pepper
  • 2 beef tomatoes, cut in half
  • 500 g club steak
  • 0.5 tsp. salt
  • a little pepper
  • a little peanut oil

  • Mustard Arugula Butter

    Mix all the ingredients together.
  • Brush the tomatoes with the butter, wrap them separately in foil. Grill for approx. 10 mins. on a high heat or bake for approx. 15 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200°C. Season the meat. Brush the griddle with oil, heat up. Grill the steak for approx. 6 mins. on each side.
