  • 1 lime, 1 EL Saft
  • 50 g icing sugar
  • 1 dl coconut milk
  • 150 g coconut milk yogurt
  • Decoration
  • 0.5 mango, cut into segments
  • 1 kiwi, cut into cubes
  • 2 passion fruit, halbiert, Fruchtfleisch herausgekratzt

Instructions

  • Mass

    Combine the yoghurt, icing sugar and lime juice in a large stainless steel bowl. Stir in the coconut milk, cover and freeze for approx. 4 hrs., stirring 3 times.
  • Decoration

    Divide the frozen coconut yoghurt into bowls, top with fruit.
  • Vorbereiten:

    Frozen Joghurt ca. 2 Tage im Voraus zubereiten. 1/2 Std. vor dem Servieren in den Kühlschrank stellen, geschmeidig rühren.
