  • 60 g rolled oats
  • 30 g quinoa flakes
  • 1.25 dl water, hot
  • 1.25 dl coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 0.5 tsp bourbon vanilla powder
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup

Instructions

  • Pour hot water and coconut milk over the oats. Stir in the coconut flakes, chia seeds, vanilla and agave syrup. Cover and leave to absorb overnight.
  • Tip:

    Decorate with fresh fruit before serving.
