  • Preparing the fish
  • 2 Royal cod fillets (approx. 350 g each)
  • 0.25 tsp hot paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 organic lemon, thinly sliced
  • 200 g bacon strips
  • Vinaigrette
  • 3 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.5 bunch flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 bunch radish, cut into thin slices

  • Preparing the fish

    Place the fish on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Season the fish, place the lemon slices on top, wrap in the bacon.
  • To bake

    for approx. 20 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200°C.
  • Vinaigrette

    Combine the balsamic and oil, season with salt. Stir in the parsley and radishes.
  • Serve:

    Cut the fish into pieces, serve the vinaigrette alongside.
