  • Coffee tonic
  • 4 espresso
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 8 dl tonic water (e.g. Spring Mountain Tonic)
  • ice cubes
  • Utensils
  • 4 glasses, each approx. 250 ml

Instructions

  • Coffee tonic

    Mix the espressos and sugar until the sugar has dissolved. Divide the ice between the glasses, pour the tonic and coffee over the top.
  • Serve:

    To impress your guests, wait until serving to pour the coffee into the glasses.
