  • 4 tbsp. condimento bianco
  • 0.25 tsp. sugar
  • 5 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 bunch radish, cut into thin slices
  • 1 shallot, finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp. capers, drained
  • 1 bunch chives, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs, soft-boiled, cut in half
  • 250 g boiled pork in slices, cut into 3-cm-wide pieces

  • Combine the vinegar, oil and sugar. Add the shallot and remaining ingredients with the chives, season. Mix in the pieces of meat, arrange and top each 1/2 an egg.
