  • 4 tbsp condimento bianco (white balsamic vinegar)
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.25 tsp sugar
  • 1 shallot, finely chopped
  • 1 bunch radish, thinly sliced
  • 3 tbsp capers, drained
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 bunch chives, finely chopped
  • 2 eggs, soft-boiled, halved
  • 250 g boiled pork in slices, cut into pieces approx. 3 cm wide

  • Combine the vinegar, oil and sugar. Add the shallot and remaining ingredients with the chives, season. Mix in the pieces of meat, arrange and top each with half an egg.
  • Serve with:

    Crusty bread.
