Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate
  • 200 g dark chocolate, finely chopped
  • 25 g cornflakes, crushed
  • 25 g unsalted, shelled pistachios, roughly chopped
  • White chocolate
  • 50 g dried cranberries, roughly chopped
  • 50 g dried apricots, roughly chopped
  • 200 g white chocolate, finely chopped

  • 2 baking trays (each approx. 24 cm in diameter), lined with baking paper

Instructions

  • Dark chocolate

    Melt the chocolate in a thin-sided bowl over a gently simmering bain-marie, stir until smooth, pour into the prepared tray. Sprinkle the pistachios and Cornflakes over the top, allow to cool, chill for approx. 1 hr.
  • White chocolate

    Melt the chocolate in a thin-sided bowl over a gently simmering bain-marie, stir until smooth, pour into the second prepared tray. Sprinkle the dried fruit over the top, allow to cool, chill for approx. 1 hr.
