  • To fry
  • 2 courgette, cut into approx. 5 mm slices
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 480 g cooked corn cobs, corn removed
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 200 g rump steaks, sliced
  • Salad
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • a little pepper

  • To fry

    Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the courgette and corn cobs in batches for approx. 3 mins., remove, season with salt and set aside. Add the oil. Salt the meat, stir fry in the same pan for approx. 2 mins.
  • Salad

    Whisk together the oil and lemon juice, season. Mix with the vegetables and meat.
  • Tip:

    Garnish the salad with the micro greens and mint leaves.
