  • 150 g couscous
  • 3 dl water, boiling
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 parcel pesto rosso (red pesto) (approx. 75 ml)
  • a little coriander or mint

  • Place the couscous in a bowl, pour over the water, season with salt, cover and leave to absorb for approx. 15 mins. Plate up and top with the pesto. Tear the coriander, sprinkle over the top.
