Ingredients

  • 150 g couscous
  • 3 dl Water, boiling
  • 0.5 bag Pesto rosso (red pesto) (ca. 75 ml)
  • 0.5 tsp. salt
  • a little coriander oder Minze

Instructions

  • Place the couscous in a bowl, pour over the water, season with salt, cover and leave to absorb for approx. 15 mins. Plate up and top with the pesto. Tear the coriander, sprinkle over the top.
