Ingredients

  • Mince and squash ragout
  • 1 tbsp oil for frying
  • 300 g minced meat (beef)
  • 200 g squash, diced
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 2 dl water
  • 1.5 tbsp dukkah (spice mix)
  • Couscous
  • 1.5 dl salted water, boiling
  • 90 g couscous

Instructions

  • Mince and squash ragout

    Heat the oil in a frying pan. Stir fry the meat for approx. 2 mins., add the squash and stir fry for a further 4 mins., season. Pour in the water, cover and simmer for approx. 5 mins.
  • Couscous

    Place the couscous in a bowl, pour in the salted water, cover and leave to absorb for approx. 5 mins. Separate the couscous with a fork, serve with the mince and squash ragout.
