Crazy hot chocolate
Ingredients
- Chocolate milk
- 6 dl full-cream milk
- 15 g cornflour
- 30 g cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 0.5 cinnamon stick
- 1 organic oranges, use grated zest only
- Chocolate
- 100 g dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
- To serve
- 1.5 dl full cream, whipped until stiff
- 120 g chocolate sprinkles (e.g. Ovo Rocks), roughly chopped

- 4 mugs, each approx. 300 ml

Chocolate milk
Pour the milk and cornflour into a pan, sieve in the cocoa powder. Add the sugar, cinnamon and orange zest, warm through while stirring. -
Chocolate
Place the chocolate in a thin-sided bowl and suspend over a gently simmering bain-marie; the bowl must not touch the water. Melt the chocolate and stir until smooth. Remove the cinnamon stick from the chocolate milk, stir in the chocolate, briefly bring to the boil. -
To serve
Pour the hot chocolate into mugs Top with the whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles.
