  • Pastry dough
  • 1 puff pastry dough, rolled into a rectangle (approx. 24 x 45 cm)
  • 80 g almond paste, cut into pieces
  • Topping
  • 650 g apricots, halved
  • 2 tbsp coarse cane sugar
  • 50 g almond slivers
  • 25 g butter, cut into pieces
  • To decorate
  • icing sugar to dust
  • Utensils
  • One baking tray, approx. 20 x 35 cm

  • Pastry dough

    Roll out the dough, place in the tray along with the baking paper, cover with the almond paste.
  • Topping

    Arrange the apricots on top of the dough. Top with the butter, sugar and almonds.
  • To bake

    Approx. 30 mins. on the bottom shelf of an oven preheated to 220°C. Remove the flan from the oven.
  • To decorate

    Dust the flan with icing sugar.
  • Tip:

    This flan tastes best fresh.
