  • 1 puff pastry, rolled into a rectangle (ca. 24 x 45 cm)
  • 80 g almond paste, cut into pieces
  • Topping
  • 650 g apricots, cut in half
  • 2 tbsp. coarse raw sugar
  • 50 g slivered almonds
  • 25 g butter, cut into pieces
  • Decoration
  • icing sugar to dust

  • Dough

    Unroll the pastry dough, lay flat on the baking sheet with the baking paper included (underneath) and dispose the marzipan on the pastry dough.
  • Topping

    Place the cut apricot pieces on the pastry dough, and then the butter pieces and almond slices on top.
  • Oven Baking

    Cook for approximately 30 minutes at the bottom of the oven, preheated to 220 °C. Remove from the oven when ready.
  • Decoration

    Dust the pie with icing sugar, if desired.
  • Tipp:
