  • 1 tin chickpeas (approx. 420 g), rinsed, drained
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp tamarind paste
  • 1 tbsp Za'atar
  • 0.25 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Chickpeas

    Mix the chickpeas with all the remaining ingredients, spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake for approx. 45 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 180°C.
