  • 1 pizza dough, rolled into a rectangle
  • 125 g mascarpone
  • 2 onion, finely sliced
  • a little pepper
  • 0.25 tsp. salt
  • 150 g Gorgonzola cheese, cut into pieces
  • 20 g rucola (rocket)

  • Place the dough with the paper in an oven tray. Spread the Mascarpone over the dough with the back of a spoon, season the onions and place them on top. Distribute the Gorgonzola over the top.
  • Bake for approx. 20 mins. on the bottom rack of an oven preheated to 240°C. Remove and scatter the rocket on top.
