  • 8 slices toast bread
  • 1 pears, sliced
  • 8 slices cured ham
  • 120 g soft goats' cheese
  • 4 tbsp fig mustard

  • 1 eggs
  • 1 dl milk

  • Croque monsieur

    Spread the goat's cheese over half of the slices of bread, arrange the ham and pears on top. Spread the fig mustard over the remaining slices of bread, place on top of the ham and pears.
  • To bake

    Whisk the egg and milk in a deep bowl. Dip the sandwiches in the egg mixture, transfer to a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake for approx. 15 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200°C. Cut in half diagonally prior to serving.
