  • 2 tbsp apple vinegar
  • 3 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 150 g plain greek yoghurt
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • a little pepper
  • 1 tbsp dill, finely chopped
  • 1 cucumber, halved, deseeded if necessary, sliced
