    Öl und Essig in einer Schüssel verrühren, würzen. Taboulé Salat und Rucola beigeben, mischen.
  • Cured Ham Chips

    Öl in einer beschichteten Bratpfanne heiss werden lassen, Aprikosen ca. 2 Min. braten, zum Salat geben. Rohschinken in dieselbe Pfanne geben, ca. 4 Min. knusprig braten, auf Haushaltpapier abtropfen, auf dem Salat verteilen.
