Ingredients

  • saltwater, boiling
  • 350 g noodles (z.B. Spiralen)
  • 50 g hazelnuts
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 200 g carrots
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • a little pepper
  • 1 dl single cream for sauces
  • 30 g dried cranberries
  • 150 g washed, ready-to-eat kale

Instructions

  • Cook the curly kale in boiling, salted water for approx. 4 mins., drain. Cook the pasta in boiling, salted water until al dente, drain. Roughly chop the hazelnuts, toast the hazelnuts without any oil, remove. Slice the carrots lengthways into strips using a peeler, sauté in oil for approx. 2 mins. Add the curly kale and pasta, mix and season. Add the cranberries and cream, mix and heat through. Plate up the pasta, scatter the hazelnuts over the top.
